Diplotaxis tenuifolia : Wild arugula possesses a more peppery, clean and sharp flavor than cultivated arugula. Chances are that if you like standard arugula, you'll also enjoy the more intense flavor of wild arugula. The dark green leaves have a refined appearance, narrow with serrated edges, which make an attractive addition to salads. Sylvetta is slower to grow than standard arugula and a smaller plant at maturity. Best grown during the cooler months. 50 days. 1 gm./pkt., about 3,700 seeds.
